Perimenopause & menopause care
Five minutes tells you whether treatment is likely to be appropriate for you β before you enter a card. If it isn't, we say so and you pay nothing.
No card required to find out. No membership until a clinician has reviewed your answers.
Perimenopause can start in your early 40s β sometimes before. If something has changed and no one takes it seriously, this is the place where someone does.
The first three are free. You only see a card field after a clinician has confirmed you're a candidate for treatment.
Tap what you're experiencing. Sleep, hot flashes, mood, brain fog, periods, everything else.
Age, where you are, and where you are in the transition. Thirty seconds.
A short set of clinical questions. This is the part that decides whether we can help β and it's free.
One price, in writing. Then a menopause-trained provider reviews everything and writes your plan.
The most common complaint about every service in this category is the bill, not the care. Here's the specific difference.
| How it usually works | Here | |
|---|---|---|
| Finding out if you qualify | Often charged first, and non-refundable if you're declined | Free, always |
| The price you see | Membership and medication frequently billed separately | One number, before you pay |
| Medication | Marked up and shipped to you | At your own pharmacy, at pharmacy prices |
| Cancelling | Deadlines, per-prescription subscriptions, lock-ins for best pricing | One button, any time |
| If your patch is out of stock | You find out at the pharmacy counter | We contact you and switch you first |
Every medication we use is FDA-approved β no compounded creams, no custom mixes, no exceptions. Your clinician decides what, if anything, to prescribe; this is the shelf she works from, and what the same medicine costs here versus the way it's usually sold.
| How it usually works | Here | |
|---|---|---|
| Estradiol β tablet, patch, or gelFDA-approved to treat: hot flashes & night sweats Β· prevent bone loss | The same molecules sold as subscriptions for $54β149/mo, shipped and marked up | ~$4β35/mo generic, at your own pharmacy |

| One-capsule option β estradiol + progesterone togetherFDA-approved to treat: moderate-to-severe hot flashes, for women with a uterus | Often replaced by compounded "2-in-1" and "3-in-1" creams that the FDA has never reviewed | The FDA-approved combined capsule β brand-name, price told to you before it's prescribed |
| Vaginal estradiol β cream, insert, or ringFDA-approved to treat: vaginal dryness Β· pain with intercourse Β· related urinary symptoms | ~$40/mo on subscription, shipped whether you need a refill or not | ~$10β40/mo generic, refilled when you actually need it |
| Non-hormonal optionsFDA-approved to treat: moderate-to-severe hot flashes, without hormones | Often swapped for supplement upsells with no FDA review at all | FDA-approved prescriptions only β or the honest advice that no medication is the right call |
A word we'll never use on this page: "cure." Menopause isn't a disease β it's a transition, and these medications treat its symptoms. Anyone promising a cure is selling something. Also not on our shelf: compounded or custom-mixed hormones, testosterone, weight-loss drugs, controlled substances. Whether any medication is appropriate for you is always your clinician's decision, made after reviewing your health history β not our marketing's.
No badges we haven't earned, no reviews we didn't receive. These are the commitments the service is built on β each one is in your member agreement, not just on this page.
No star ratings β nobody has been a member yet, and reviews will appear only when they're real, good or bad. No "as seen in" logos, because we haven't been seen anywhere yet. No accreditation seals we haven't earned. When one of those shows up on this page, it will be because it happened. And one you can check yourself right now: open this page's source. There is no analytics script, ad pixel, or tracker to find.
Founding membership Β· The first 100 members get their first month free and their $69 rate locked for as long as they stay.
Counted from the waitlist, in order. No payment until care begins.
